- 1 cup Apricots dried , diced
- 3 tablespoons Honey
- 1 cup Desiccated Coconut
- 1 Apples grated
- 2 cups Oats toasted

Instructions
- Dice the apricots and grate the apple.
- Add all ingredients into a bowl of a food processor and blend.
- Roll into balls and place onto a tray lined with baking paper.
- Allow to cool completely to set.
