Ingredients: 

1 cup pitted Dates
2 tablespoons Sunflower Seeds
1/4 cup Pepitas
1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
2 tsp Sesame Seeds
1 tablespoon Cacao Powder or Cocoa
1 teaspoon Water
1 tablespoon Coconut Oil, melted

Method: 
  1. Line a loaf pan with baking paper and set aside.
  2. Soak dates in boiling water for 15 minutes then drain.
  3. Blitz dates until broken down.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and blitz until well combined.
  5. Press firmly and evenly into pan and pop in the freezer to set.
  6. Once set, slice into 9 bars and enjoy.
  7. Keep stored in freezer.

Makes 9 bars at 114 calories per serve
