Ingredients
Base
- 250 grams Digestive Biscuits
- 80 grams Butter melted
- 2 tablespoons Nutella
- 100 grams Hazelnuts roughly chopped
Filling
- 500 grams Cream Cheese at room temperature
- 60 grams Icing Sugar sifted
- 2 tablespoons Cream
- 450 grams Nutella
- 2 tablespoons Hazelnuts toasted , sprinkled on top

Instructions
- Break the digestives into the bowl of a processor, add the butter and two tablespoons of Nutella, and blitz until it starts to clump.
- Add 25g of the hazelnuts and continue to pulse until you have a damp, sandy mixture.
- Tip into a lined 23 cm/ 9 inch round spring form and press into the base either using your hands or the back of a spoon. Place in the fridge to chill.
- Beat the cream cheese, icing sugar and cream until smooth and then add the remaining Nutella to the cream cheese mixture, and continue mixing until combined.
- Pour cheese mixture into the prepared base. Top with chopped hazelnuts and place in the fridge, for 4 hours or overnight, to set.
