Instructions
  1. Heat oil, brown steak, onions until soft. Add beans, carrots and capsicum. Cook for 5 minutes.
  2. Blend cornflour with soy sauce and stock. Pour over steak.
  3. Add mushrooms, stir, reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes until tender.
  4. Serve on rice or noodles.
