Instructions
  1. Prepare a peanut butter and banana sandwich.
  2. Mix whisked egg, orange juice, nutmeg and cinnamon and cayenne in a bowl.
  3. Heat a skillet and place 1 tablespoons of butter to coat.
  4. Dip sandwich in egg mixture coating both sides.
  5. Cook in skillet for one minute on each side.
  6. Ladle with syrup, sprinkle with icing sugar and garnish with more bananas.
