Instructions
Place the butter and the peppermint chocolate in a heat-proof jug. Melt chocolate and butter in a microwave slowly.
Once melted add the condensed milk and biscuit crumbs and mix until combined.
Pour into a slice pan and then top with shredded coconut.
Put slice in the fridge to set overnight.
