Instructions
  1. Stir sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Bring to boil. Cool.
  2. In a jug, muddle mint leaves and pineapple.
  3. Stir in Malibu, lime juice, 1/3 cup sugar syrup and Grand Marnier.
  4. Fill glasses with ice and divide Malibu mixture among glasses. Top up with ginger ale.
