- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Mint Leaves
- 1 cup Pineapple chopped
- 2/3 cup Malibu Liqueur
- 4 Lime
- 1/4 cup Grand Marnier
- Ginger Ale

Instructions
- Stir sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Bring to boil. Cool.
- In a jug, muddle mint leaves and pineapple.
- Stir in Malibu, lime juice, 1/3 cup sugar syrup and Grand Marnier.
- Fill glasses with ice and divide Malibu mixture among glasses. Top up with ginger ale.
