- 1 kg Chat Potatoes
- 70 ml Potato Salad Dressing
- 200 grams Lettuce shredded
- 50 grams Char-grilled Capsicum sliced
- 15 grams Crunchy Salad Blend
- 30 grams Garlic and Herb Croutons

Instructions
- In a large saucepan boil potatoes until just cooked, then drain and let cool.
- Combine cooled potatoes with potato dressing and lettuce.
- Top with sliced capsicum, crunchy salad blend and croutons and serve.
