Ingredients: 

1kg Chat Potatoes
70ml Potato Salad Dressing
200g Lettuce, shredded
50g Char-grilled Capsicum, sliced
15g Crunchy Salad Blend
30g Garlic and Herb Croutons

Method: 

1. In a large saucepan boil potatoes until just cooked, then drain and let cool.
2. Combine cooled potatoes with potato dressing and lettuce.
3. Top with sliced capsicum, crunchy salad blend and croutons and serve.
