Ingredients: 

Pepperoni, diced

Garlic, crushed

Parsley

Pepper Flakes

Butter, melted

Olive Oil

Pizza Dough

Cheese, grated

Method: 

1. Pepperoni, garlic, parsley and pepper flakes cooked in butter and olive oil.

2. Store bought or home made pizza dough kneaded.

3. Roll dough out and cut into strips, tie into knots.

4. Toss knots in pepperoni garlic butter.

5. Place in a greased cast iron skillet.

6. Let rise until puffy then sprinkle with cheese.

7. Bake at 220C until browned and puffy (about 25 minutes)

8. Eat with sauce for dipping.
