Ingredients: 

900g Chicken Breast, cut into big chunks

150ml Water

1 cup BBQ Sauce

1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

1 teaspoon Salt

2 teaspoons dried Oregano

1 teaspoon Cumin Powder

1 teaspoon Chilli Flakes

1 teaspoon Ground Pepper

1/2 Red Onion

Method: 
  1. Rub the spices into chicken in the pressure cooker. Add water and BBQ sauce.
  2. Add the chopped red onion.
  3. Mix all ingredients together nicely.
  4. Secure and lock the pressure cooker. 
  5. Put in the microwave for 30 mins on 900 watts.
  6. Once cooked and pressure released take out chicken and use 2 forks to shred meat. Add some of the remaining juices for flavour and to keep the meat moist.
  7. Serve with coleslaw on rolls.
