Ingredients: 

1 whole Pumpkin

2 large Potaotes

1 large Carrot

2 cups Light Milk

Seasoning for Taste

Method: 
  1. Put pumpkin, potato and carrot in slow cooker.
  2. Cook on LOW for 6 hours or until veggies are soft.
  3. Stick blend the veggies once soft to puree.
  4. Add light milk and seasoning and blend until combined and smooth.
