1 teaspoon Butter

1 Egg

1 1/2 tablespoons Milk

Pinch Salt and Pepper

2 tablespoons grated Cheese

1 slice of Bread, torn into small pieces

Cherry tomatoes, spinach, spring onions, bacon pieces, ham, etc.

  1. Put the butter in your soup mug or Breakfast Maker and pop in the microwave for 10 seconds to melt.
  2. Whisk the egg in your mug, then add the milk, cheese, salt, pepper and mix ins.
  3. Add torn-up bread to the top until it is covered, and give it a press down so that it gets coated in egg - this will help the quiche keep shape.
  4. Cook in the microwave for 3 - 3 1/2 minutes. You know it will be done when you can score around the edges of the mug and see that the quiche comes away in one piece.
  5. Grab a plate and flip your mug upside down.
