Ingredients
- 1 cup Almonds
- 2/3 cup Cashew Nuts
- 2/3 cup Pecans
- 2/3 cup Walnuts
- 2/3 cup Goji Berries
- 1/2 cup Raisins
- 1/2 cup Sultanas
- 1/2 cup Dates
- 2 tablespoons Raw Honey or Coconut Nectar or Maple Syrup
- 1 tablespoon Maca Powder or Protein Powder
- 1 tablespoon Cacao Powder optional

Instructions
- In a food processor chop the cashews, almonds, pecans, walnuts and goji berries first until small but not too fine.
- Add the raisins, sultanas, dates, honey, maca and cacao powder, if using.
- Process until you have a dark sticky mixture. The mix may look a bit dry but when you start to roll into balls the natural oils will bind them.
- Roll teaspoons sized balls as desired.
- Roll balls into coconut if desired.
- Store in the fridge.
