Instructions
  1. In a food processor chop the cashews, almonds, pecans, walnuts and goji berries first until small but not too fine.
  2. Add the raisins, sultanas, dates, honey, maca and cacao powder, if using.
  3. Process until you have a dark sticky mixture. The mix may look a bit dry but when you start to roll into balls the natural oils will bind them.
  4. Roll teaspoons sized balls as desired.
  5. Roll balls into coconut if desired.
  6. Store in the fridge.
