Ingredients
- 500 grams Vegetables Mixed
- 700 grams Chicken Thigh Fillets cut into cubes
- 1 packet Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 2 cans Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
- 3 tablespoons Garlic Oil
- 3-4 tablespoons Chicken Seasoning
- 5 cups Jasmine Rice wash and soak for 2 hours
- Warm Water

Instructions
- Marinate chicken cubes with 1 teaspoon garlic oil and 1 teaspoon chicken seasoning for 1/2 hour.
- Heat up the wok, fry 2 tablespoons garlic oil until fragrance, add chicken and mixed vegetables, stir-fry.
- Add the jasmine rice mixed well with cream of chicken, add 2-3 tablespoons chicken seasoning.
- Transfer to a rice cooker and press start.
- Serve and enjoy.
Recipe Notes
You can also transfer this to a baking dish instead. Top with cheese for a fragrant baked rice. Bake this at 180 degrees C for 8-10 minutes.
