Instructions
- Dry skin of the pork, Salt skin. Place into Tupperware Ultra Pro.
- Microwave skin side up for 20 mins with cover on.
- Place into the oven for 40 minutes 200 degrees C with the cover off.
- Take pork out and place onto a chopping board.
- Add flour to the juices, in the Ultra Pro. Whisk, microwave for 30 seconds.
- Cut crackle off and carve meat.
- Serve with gravy and vegetables.
