Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Cornflour
- 1 tablespoon Sea Salt
- 1 tablespoon Black Pepper Cracked
- 750 grams Green King Prawns peeled, tails intact, deveined
- 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 cup Coriander Leaves
- 1 Red Chilli thinly sliced
- 1 Green Onions thinly sliced

Instructions
- Combine cornflour, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add half of the prawns. Toss to coat, shaking of excess.
- Heat half the oil in a large, non-stick frying pan over high heat. Cook prawns, stirring, for 3 to 4 minutes or until pink. Repeat with remaining cornflour mixture, prawns and oil.
- Place prawns on a plate. Top with coriander, chilli and onion. Serve.
Recipe Notes
- Can also use chicken for this recipe.
- Great served with rice.
