Instructions
  1. Alternate potatoes and onions in a greased casserole dish.
  2. In a jug, mix cream, milk, parsley, salt and pepper.
  3. Pour over potatoes and onions, top with cheese and sprinkle with parsley.
  4. Bake on medium-high for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove lid and bake for another 5-10 minutes, or until cheese is golden.
