Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Breast Fillet diced
- 3 tablespoons Tomato Puree
- 1 Onion sliced
- 100 grams Unsalted Butter
- 400 grams Tomatoes tin chopped
- 2 tablespoons Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 tablespoons Chilli Powder
- 1 tablespoons Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tablespoons Salt
- 3 cloves Garlic Cloves grated
- 1 piece Ginger grated
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1/2 Lemon juiced
- 2 tbsp Coriander freshly chopped

Instructions
- Pop your chicken, tomato puree, chopped tomatoes, coriander powder, paprika, salt, chilli powder in the slow cooker. Melt 25g butter in a frying pan and fry off your onion until translucent and bit coloured. Add to other slow cooker also.
- Cover and cook for 4 hours on medium.
- Add cream, honey, butter, coriander and lemon juice and stir to combine.
- Serve with rice or naan.
