- 1 kg Chicken Thigh Fillets diced
- 1 Chorizo Sausage diced
- 1 Red Onion sliced
- 1 tin Tomato diced
- 100 ml Chicken Stock
- 1 jar Beerenberg Slow Cooker Spanish Chicken
- 125 grams Green Stuffed Olives

Instructions
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan.
- Brown chicken, chorizo and onion before adding to slow cooker with remaining ingredients, including the contents of the jar, rinsed out with the chicken stock.
- Stir to combine.
- Cook on high for 2 ½ - 3 hours or low for 4 – 5 hours.
- Serve with mashed potato, herbed couscous, pasta or rice and top with Greek yoghurt and flat leaf parsley.
