- 2 cups Plain Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 3/4 cups Milk
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- 2 Eggs separated
- 90 grams Butter melted
- 1/3 cup Caster Sugar

Instructions
- If using an electric waffle maker, preheat according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Sift flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon into bowl. Combine milk and vinegar, add egg yolks and melted butter. Pour liquids into the dry ingredients, mixing until they are combined and smooth.
- Beat egg whites until soft peaks form, and sugar is dissolved. Fold egg whites through the batter mixture.
- Spoon enough mixture into the preheated waffle iron to cover the surface. Close the lid and cook for desired time, around 2-3 minutes. Remove waffles from iron and serve with desired toppings.
