Ingredients: 

Pears, peeled, stem still attached

Honey

Cinnamon

Method: 
  1. Sit peeled pears with the stem up into a bowl. Pour generous amount of honey over the top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  2. Steam for approximately 15-20 minutes.
  3. Serve with vanilla bean ice cream and some of the honey cinnamon sauce.
