Ingredients: 

455g Strawberries, divided

1/2 Lemon, juiced

30g package Sugar-free White Chocolate Pudding Mix

175g carton Nonfat Strawberry Yoghurt

1 1/2 cup light whipped Cream

Method: 
  1. Place 8 strawberries in the base of a processor and, with lemon press, squeeze lemon juice over strawberries; whizz to puree.
  2. Add yoghurt and pudding mix to processor and mix until smooth and thickened. 
  3. Pour mixture into medium bowl, and fold in whipped cream. 
  4. Chill until serving time.
  5. Slice remaining strawberies and place into a bowl, reserve.
  6. Garnish with additional whipped cream and sliced strawberries.
