Ingredients
- 1 pound Swiss Cheese grated
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 2 cups Dry White Wine
- 2 tablespoons Brandy or Rum
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- Nutmeg Ground, or Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons Plain Flour

Instructions
- Coat Swiss cheese with flour. Rub inside of fondue pot with garlic. Pour in wine and heat until warm but not boiling.
- Add Swiss cheese by handfuls, stirring with wooden spoon until melted (appearance of light creamy sauce).
- Add Kirsch, Parmesan and nutmeg or pepper. Let come to the boil once, stirring continuously.
- Serve with Bread, Cooked Meat or Vegetables.
