Ingredients: 

1 packet Tim Tams 

1 packet Devil Food Cake

3 Eggs

1/4 cup Vegetable Oil

3/4 cup Water

Chocolate Ganache

200g Milk Chocolate Melts

125ml Cream

Method: 
  1. Follow the instructions on the cake mix and combine in bowl. Pour into Pressure Cooker.
  2. Break up Tim Tams and place in mixture.
  3. Microwave on high for 8 minutes at 800 watts.
  4. To make chocolate ganache; place chocolate and cream into a jug. Microwave uncovered on high for 1 1/2 minutes. Mix well with spatula until smooth.
  5. Refridgerate uncovered until cake is cool, pour over cake when required.

Notes:

Tim Tams can be substituted for Maltesers, After Dinner Mints, Mars Bars.
