Ingredients
- 400 grams Beef Steaks such as sirloin
- 1/4 cup Lime, Lemongrass and Soy Marinade
- 200 grams Mung-Bean Thread /glass noodles
- 1/2 cup Mint Leaves
- 1/2 cup Basil Leaves
- 1/2 cup Coriander Leaves
- 2 Lebanese Cucumber chopped
- 2 cups Broccolini chopped

Instructions
- Combine beef and marinade in a dish, cover with plastic wrap and allow to marinate for 20 min.
- In a large bowl, soak noodles in boiling water for 5 min or until soft. Drain, rinse in cold water and drain thoroughly. Place into a large bowl, add herbs and vegetables.
- Heat grill pan or barbecue to high, cook beef to medium-rare. Stand for 5 min. Slice thinly, toss with salad and Chilli Dressing. Garnish with extra chilli and serve with lime wedges.
