  1. Separate egg yolks from the egg whites. Whisk egg whites until stiff peaks.
  2. In another bowl add yolks and yoghurt and combine. Then fold in the egg whites. Add pinch of salt.
  3. On a baking tray form 5 rounds and bake for 15mins at 250 degrees C
  4. Serve with any type of filling.
