Chocolate Ganache
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined, then pour into Pressure Cooker Base.
  2. Cook at 80% for 8 minutes.
  3. Once cooked, turn out onto plate and pour over the chocolate ganache.
To Make the Ganache:
  1. Pop ingredients in jug and microwave for 1 – 1 1/2 minutes.
  2. Mix until smooth and glossy, should thicken when cools.
