or 1kg of Chicken Breasts

Lebanese Cucumber
sliced
Sweet Chilli Sauce
to serve

Cashew Nuts
roasted, chopped , to serve
Vegetable Oil
Instructions
Coat chicken pieces lightly in vegetable oil and sprinkle with salt. Cook on barbeque until slightly brown.
Divide up the barbecued chicken into portions and arrange onto serving plates with the mango quarters and sliced cucumbers.
Drizzle over sweet chilli sauce and sprinkle with roasted cashew nuts.
