  1. Brown beef in large oiled pot, remove.
  2. Add garlic to pot. Add vegetables and a little more oil. Add tomatoes, stocks, chilli paste and worcestershire sauce.
  3. Add beef and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add pasta. Cook until beef is tender.
  5. Serve with a dollop of cream or sour cream and sprinkle of parsley.
