Melt Mars bars, pouring cream and cocoa in a heatproof bowl, over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir until smooth. Place rice bubbles in a large mixing bowl, add chocolate mixture and mix until well combined. Press the crackle mix into mini muffin pan and set in the fridge.
