Instructions
Slice 1 orange. Line cake tin with the orange.
Blend 2 boiled oranges, eggs, dates, vanilla powder, baking powder and blend until smooth.
Mix puree with almond meal.
Spoon batter into cake tin.
Bake 180 degrees C for 1.5 hours.
Once cooked through, and cooled, flip cake so the orange slices are on top and dust with icing sugar.
