Instructions
Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F).
In a large bowl, whip together the ¼ box lemon cake mix, cream cheese, double cream and eggs. Set aside.
In another bowl, combine ¾ box lemon cake mix and oil.
Pour cake mix and oil mixture into a greased 9-inch springform tin, patting down the top until even.
Pour the cake mix and cream cheese mixture on top.
Bake for 45-50 minutes.
Serve with lemon slices, whipped cream and icing sugar.
