trimmed, scrubbed and cut into quarters
trimmed and cooked until tender

Spray the beetroot with oil and place onto a lined tray. Bake in a moderately hot oven (190c) turning once, for 25-30 minutes, or until beetroot is just tender. Cool slightly.
Place the beans on a serving platter, top with the warm beetroot, fetta and pine nuts then drizzle with the dressings. Serve immediately.
