Instructions
  1. Empty lime jelly packet into a measuring cup. Add 1 cup of boiling water and stir until dissolved. Top up with enough cold water to make two cups.
  2. Divide between serving cups and chill until set (see tip).
  3. Meanwhile, repeat process with mango jelly.
  4. When lime jelly is firm, pour mango jelly over top and refrigerate until set.
  5. Repeat process with strawberry jelly crystals.
  6. When mango layer is firm, pour strawberry mixture over the top and refrigerate until firm.
  7. To serve top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Recipe Notes

When jellies have thickened, push some mixed lollies into each jelly.
