  1. Saute onion and curry powder in a pan over medium heat for a few minutes. Add peas, minced beef, salt and pepper and cook meat until browned. Allow to cool.
  2. Using 11 cm round cutter, cut four rounds from each pastry sheet. Place a level tablespoon of filling in centre of each round, brush around edge lightly with oil. Fold pastry over to enclose filling, pressing edges together to seal.
  3. Bake in greased tray for 200c oven for 25 minutes until lightly puffed and golden.
  4. Serve with your choice of dipping sauces.
