  1. Sautee cabbage, carrot, celery and onion in a pan with butter for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add lamb, chicken stock, flour, salt and pepper and combine.
  3. Lay piece of filo pastry on counter, spread a little beaten egg on three of the four sides of pastry. Put a spoonful of mixture on side of pastry with no egg. Fold to sides over then roll to the end.
  4. Repeat with rest of the mixture.
  5. Fry in oil until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve with sauce.
