Icing:

Icing Sugar

tablespoon
Lemon Juice

tablespoon
Hot Water
Instructions
Combine the sugar, yoghurt, eggs, oil and lemon juice.
Beat in the flour.
Pour into a cake tin and place on egg rings or pour into your slow cooker.
Cook on high for 2 hours with a tea towel under the lid.
Mix all icing ingredients and pour over top of cake.
