Instructions
In a bowl, melt chocolate and butter in microwave, heat in 20 second bursts and mix between until melted through. Mix well and let cool.
In another bowl beat the eggs and add the sugar and flour, mix well until there are no lumps and you have a smooth texture.
Now, mix the contents of both bowls into one, again mix well.
Grease your microwave safe mould and pour the mix until halfway up the side, it tends to rise quite a bit during cooking time.
Place in the microwave for a minute, wait 20 seconds and check to see if it has risen. If it has, remove and serve with ice-cream.
