Ingredients

Swiss Cheese
grated

Garlic Clove

Dry White Wine

tablespoons
Brandy
or Rum

Parmesan Cheese
grated
Nutmeg
Ground, or Pepper to taste

Plain Flour
Instructions
Coat Swiss cheese with flour. Rub inside of fondue pot with garlic. Pour in wine and heat until warm but not boiling.
Add Swiss cheese by handfuls, stirring with wooden spoon until melted (appearance of light creamy sauce).
Add Kirsch, Parmesan and nutmeg or pepper. Let come to the boil once, stirring continuously.
Serve with Bread, Cooked Meat or Vegetables.
