Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180 C. Grease a tray of 12 x 1/3-cup muffin cups or line with paper cases.
Sift the flour and bicarb into a bowl, add oats and sugar. Combine oil, egg, banana and vanilla in a bowl.
Add banana mixture to flour and mix quickly to combine. Top with walnuts and bake for 18-20 min until golden. Cool on a rack before storing.
