Instructions
Combine flour, paprika, salt and pepper in a bag. Toss chicken to coat well.
Heat oil, add chicken and cook both sides until golden. Remove to a plate.
Add leek, cook until soft and stock and bring to the boil. Add chicken and reduce heat to a simmer for 8 minutes.
Stir in cream and bring to the boil until sauce thickens.
Add beans and cook for an extra 5 minutes or until chicken is tender and beans are cooked. Serve with rice.
