  1. Add all ingredients except the cream to the bowl of a pressure cooker.
  2. Put into the microwave for 20 minutes at 90%
  3. Wait for the pressure to release to drop and take off the lid to cool for a bit.
  4. The blitz until smooth. Add the cream.
Recipe Notes

I have added a handful or 2 of spinach leaves to the pressure cooker to give is a bit more of a boost.

Tastes delish with smoked bacon rather than normal bacon.
