Ingredients

Cauliflower

Cheese
shredded

Eggs
beaten

teaspoon
Parsley
or Oregano or Basil

Garlic Cloves

Onion Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 230 degrees C.
Cut up Cauliflower and steam until soft, put on a tea towel and blot, try to get as ‘dry’ as possible.
Put in a food processor or blend til it’s mashed potato texture.
In medium bowl stir cauliflower, eggs, cheese, garlic and seasonings.
Lightly spray baking pan and pat the mixture out.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until top starts to brown.
Cut into bread sticks.
