Plain Flour
Sprinkle
Paprika
Salt and Pepper

Tarragon Leaves
Chicken Breast Fillet
or Thigh Fillets
Instructions
In a bag, combine flour, paprika, salt and pepper and tarragon leaves. Dust chicken in the mix.
Brown the chicken in a little oil in a hot fry-pan. When the chicken is cooked, take out and then place pineapple rings in to brown. Set aside.
Place chicken in a baking dish with a clove of garlic and cook in a moderate oven 180c for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Serve hot with steamed potatoes.
