  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
  2. In a large bowl add the mince, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley and half the cheese. Season with sea salt and cracked pepper. Using your hands, gently massage the ingredients together.
  3. Shape into balls and place on a lightly greased baking tray.
  4. Brush each ball with pizza sauce.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Remove and brush with more sauce, scatter with remaining cheese and bake for another 5 minutes or until cheese is golden.
  7. Serve with salad or steamed vegetables.
