Quick Cooking Oats

Banana

Coconut Oil
or butter

Honey
or Maple Syrup or Rice Malt

teaspoon
Vanilla Extract

Cocoa Powder
Instructions
Mash banana. Melt coconut oil or butter and add to banana.
Add remaining ingredients and mix. Roll into bite size balls.
Either freeze or bake at 180 degrees C for 15 minutes.
Recipe Notes
You can add chocolate chips, raisins or other little goodies to spice them up if you choose.
