Cream butter, sugar, golden syrup and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and mix.
Roll into tablespoon sized balls. Place in baking tray and put in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 20 minutes.
Recipe Notes
The longer you leave them to bake the more crunch they have, so if you like crunchy leave them to go quite golden. If you prefer more of a chewy texture then take them out around the 20 minute mark.
