Instructions
Re-hydrate noodles according to pack directions. Drain well, and cut to random lengths.
Add Classic Asian Dressing and stir to combine. Cool.
Add bean sprouts, coriander and mint; mix well.
Divide noodle salad between lettuce leaves and top with pork slices.
