Empty jelly crystals into a bowl. Add boiling water and stir until dissolved. Add cranberry drink, vodka and grand marnier.
Using half of the jelly mixture, pour evenly into 4 serving glasses and refrigerate. When almost set add raspberries to each glass an d pour over enough mixture to just cover.
Chill until set.
To serve, top with a dollop of lightly whipped cream and garnish with a slice of lime.
