Cook on high for 3 hours. Remove skins and cores. Add sugar and stir to dissolve. Strain. Bottle in sterilised bottles and refrigerate. Recipe Notes You can adjust the amount of sugar to your taste. Put cordial into glass and add water/ mineral water / or soda water. Adjust the amount of cordial to your taste.
